How will my order be delivered?

We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Why do you need my postal code?

We won’t finalize an order until we’re sure we that we can ensure smooth delivery. We use your postal code to:

• Provide the best shipping rate available to your delivery address.
• Offer you special pricing that may only be available in some areas.

When will my order be delivered?

Our warehouses stock items that are shipped 2-3 business days after order is placed. Regarding the transit time, you will see at the check out many shipping options including the transit time of each option for your delivery address.

 

How can I see the status of my order?

To view the status of your order, simply login to your CBHome's Account in the "Order History" section and select the order you want to review.

Can I cancel my order?

What is your return policy?

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
